Meet the team
Sam comes from Cornwall in the UK and decided to trade the cold, wet coast for sunny Sydney after 6 years of tech recruitment.
He has a broad technical recruitment background having worked across software engineering, infrastructure, business change and has joined Change to build out our Data Market.
Sam’s approach is very much built on building genuine business relationships with clients and candidates alike focussing on a quality over quantity approach that is sorely lacking in the agency space. He likes to think he knows the tech market well enough to stand out from other recruiters and as a result, can reduce the time wasted in your job search or hiring process with irrelevant opportunities or candidates.
He is our Data specialist and will be recruiting roles across Sydney in Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science.
Outside of work he loves going to music events, eating out at great restaurants, and exploring all the beaches Sydney has to offer!
