Richard, hailing from Waterford City, Ireland (best place to live in Ireland officially **according to Rich!), has recently established himself in Australia, where he has resided for over a year.
Following his academic pursuits, Rich discovered (accidentally) his talent for sales, he dove right in and made an immediate impact, accumulating a wealth of experience in sales, business development, and account management along the way in his extensive career.
Motivated by his exceptional relationship-building skills and solution-oriented sales expertise, Richard transitioned to the recruitment industry, recognising the significant value he could bring to any organization.
Rich is our resident Devops & Cloud specialist in Sydney. Proficient in identifying and connecting top talent with organisations seeking expertise in these areas. With a strong understanding of the industry, he excels at assessing candidate’s technical capabilities and aligning them with suitable opportunities, facilitating successful matches for both parties.
During his free time, you'll likely find Rich at the gym, enjoying a sauna, or soaking up the sun at the beach!
