Commission FAQ
When do commission brackets reset?
Brackets reset at the start of each quarter (January, April, July, October). This keeps targets achievable and rewards consistent performance.
What counts towards my GP?
GP includes placement fees from permanent roles and margin from contract placements. Split deals are calculated based on your share percentage.
Is there a cap on commission?
No caps. Once you reach the 50% bracket, you continue earning 50% on all additional GP with no limit.
How does this compare to a flat rate?
At lower GP levels, you earn similarly. But as you bill more, the progressive structure significantly outperforms flat rates - rewarding your success.
Do I need to hit targets to earn commission?
No minimum targets. You earn commission from dollar one. The progressive structure simply means you earn more as you bill more.
When is commission paid?
Commission is calculated and paid monthly based on invoiced GP. No waiting for end of quarter.
