What You'll Do

Lead sprint planning and delivery while spending 50% of your time hands-on coding Architect scalable solutions using React, Next.js, GraphQL and modern cloud infrastructure Mentor and develop 3engineers, creating equal learning opportunities for all team members Drive technical standards for performance, security, and code quality across the squad Collaborate with product managers, external vendors and business stakeholders on feasibility and risk

What You'll Need

8years TypeScript/Node/React development experience with Next.js expertise 2years leading or mentoring engineering teams of 3developers Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), GraphQL APIs and high-traffic systems Understanding of Web Vitals, observability, DevOps principles and Agile methodologies Excellent communication skills and passion for developing other engineers
