We’re seeking Engineers to play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable systems across our most important programs. This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, with scope to influence technical direction, contribute to architecture, and lead by example within engineering teams.

We're modernising our entire developer platform: migrating source control from Bitbucket to GitHub, replacing Jenkins with GitHub Actions, decommissioning Ionic AppFlow by bringing mobile builds in-house, and standing up compliance automation for APRA.

1 Source control & monorepo: Bitbucket-to-GitHub migration; monorepo setup (Nx/Turborepo,Lerna) with affected-only builds. js/TypeScript/Java APIs, React web, Ionic Capacitor, Infrastructure Assets, mobile app deployment); automated release evidence for every deployment. 3 Compliance & quality gates: Immutable audit bundles, policy-as-code enforcement, and segregation of duties in release approvals.

4 Mobile builds (dedicated owner): Capacitor builds, code signing, TestFlight/Play distribution, macOS runners: end-to-end ownership of the mobile pipeline. Engineers who've architected CI/CD systems from scratch or led CI/CD modernisation in regulated environments. Core skills: GitHub Actions at depth (reusable workflows, OIDC, composite actions), source control migration, and monorepo tooling.
