Design Adobe Workfront environments that transform how marketing teams manage campaigns and assets across Australia.
You'll lead client discovery sessions and build optimised Workfront configurations from the ground up. This means mapping complex marketing workflows, setting up user hierarchies, and creating automation through Fusion scenarios that connect Workfront to the broader Adobe suite and third-party platforms.
Contract work gives you variety across different marketing organisations and campaign types. You'll work with teams who understand the value of proper project management tooling and have budget for the full Adobe ecosystem. Most clients are mid to large enterprises with established marketing operations that need systematic workflow improvements.
The projects range from greenfield implementations to complex migrations. You'll prototype solutions using agile or waterfall approaches depending on client preference. Direct stakeholder access means you can shape requirements rather than just execute someone else's specifications.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Workfront discovery sessions with cross-functional marketing teams to map current processes
- Configure complete Workfront environments including object structures, dashboards, and workflow automation
- Build complex Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront to Adobe Creative Cloud, analytics platforms, and campaign tools
- Create solution design documentation and process prototypes using agile or waterfall methodologies
What You'll Need
- 5-7 years consulting experience with minimum 3 years hands-on Adobe Workfront implementation
- Current Adobe Workfront Core Developer and Fusion certifications
- Experience with complex Fusion scenario builds and advanced mapping between marketing technology platforms
- Deep understanding of marketing campaign lifecycle including asset management and digital marketing technologies
