About this role

Build a long-term customer experience strategy and roadmap on the Adobe DX stack for a client who needs someone who can see the full picture.

You'll work across data, marketing analytics, and insights to assess where a client is today and map out where they need to go. That means reviewing current and future state goals, designing the data and content foundation, and running enablement sessions so the client's team can actually use what you're building.

This is a contract role, so you'll have the autonomy to come in, form a view quickly, and start shaping the strategic direction without a lot of internal noise. The work sits at the intersection of consulting and hands-on Adobe expertise, which means you'll be translating strategy into something tangible rather than leaving clients with a slide deck they don't know what to do with.

You'll be working directly with client stakeholders, which means the quality of your thinking will be visible from day one. The Adobe DX stack is central to the engagement, so familiarity across Analytics, RTCDP, or Audience Manager will make a real difference to how quickly you can add value. If you hold Adobe certification in any of these products, that's a genuine advantage here.

What You'll Do

  • Review current and future state goals to establish a long-term customer experience strategy and roadmap aligned to the client's objectives.
  • Design the data, content, and delivery foundation needed to support engaging customer experiences at scale.
  • Lead value realisation activities across the customer experience program, connecting strategy to measurable outcomes.
  • Run enablement sessions with client teams on Adobe DX products, building their capability to sustain the work after you.

What You'll Need

  • Background in business consulting or digital strategy, specifically across data, marketing analytics, and insights.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Adobe DX stack products, Adobe Analytics, RTCDP, or Audience Manager preferred. Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience building strategic roadmaps and running customer experience programs from assessment through to delivery.
