AI Product Engineer

Build the AI agents that waste scammers' time, extract fraud intelligence, and help Tier-1 banks and telcos disrupt financial crime at scale.

You'll own AI-powered features end-to-end, from problem discovery through to production and iteration. That means designing multi-agent architectures, building LLM pipelines, shipping full-stack features, and running the infrastructure behind it all. Small team, high autonomy, real production systems.

The work is hybrid and the team is lean, which means you'll move quickly and your decisions will matter from week one. You'll work across TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse on the product side, with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Cloudflare Workers underpinning the platform. There's no layer of middle management between you and the founders or the researchers who built the underlying science.

This is a venture-backed company that's already deployed with global Tier-1 enterprises and scaling fast across banking and telecommunications. Because the team is small, you'll carry a broad remit. If you want to specialise narrowly, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want to own a meaningful slice of a production agentic platform solving a genuine global problem, it's a strong match.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement production multi-agent systems covering orchestration, routing, memory, and tool use, with full ownership of evaluation frameworks across correctness, cost, latency, and safety.
• Build and maintain LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and guardrails, selecting and integrating models from commercial APIs, open-source, and self-hosted options.
• Ship full-stack features across TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse, from scoping MVPs through to measuring outcomes in production.
• Build reusable AI platform primitives and own CI/CD pipelines, IaC via Terraform and Helm, and reliability across monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years shipping production software, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Strong TypeScript and/or Python, plus hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows covering multi-step reasoning, tool use, and state management, alongside ML/LLMOps skills including prompt versioning, A/B testing, and evaluation.
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience and the ability to deploy what you build.
