AI Engineer

Build AWS Bedrock solutions powering millions of customer interactions across apps, web, and contact centres.

You'll architect and deploy generative AI systems using AWS Bedrock, from call summarisation to agentic baggage solutions. This means designing RAG architectures, building multi-agent workflows, and connecting LLMs to real enterprise systems. You'll own the full pipeline from model selection through production monitoring.

You'll work with modern AWS tooling throughout. Think Bedrock Agents, Lambda functions, OpenSearch vector databases, and proper MLOps pipelines. The team values autonomous work and clear communication. You'll scope your own deliverables and explain technical decisions to business stakeholders. Office presence required 2-3 days per week, giving you flexibility while maintaining team connection.

This is early-stage AI implementation at enterprise scale. You'll have genuine influence over architecture decisions and the chance to build production systems from scratch. The company moves at airline pace, which means thorough planning and reliable delivery matter more than speed. You'll get proper support for AWS certifications and continuous learning as the AI landscape evolves.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy LLM solutions using AWS Bedrock, including Claude, Nova, and Llama models
• Build agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, memory, and tool integration capabilities
• Implement evaluation frameworks for model quality, safety testing, and performance monitoring
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, Lambda functions, and event-driven architectures

What You'll Need

• Production experience with AWS Bedrock, including Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails
• Python proficiency with async patterns, plus experience connecting GenAI to real applications
• RAG architecture implementation using vector databases like OpenSearch, FAISS, or Pinecone
• AWS ecosystem knowledge covering Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and ECS/EKS
