Shea is from Essex, UK and started his career as an electrician for 6 years. He had a burning desire for wanting more and wanting to experience a new way of life, and that’s when his tech recruitment journey began! He's always been one for digging deep and talking a lot, so this career is perfect!
Starting the journey within the Scandinavian technology market, he quickly found himself building strong relationships and providing solutions which benefit businesses in the most effective way possible. He thrives in building his network and continuously connecting professionals who appreciate his support, with companies who he strongly believes in as well as trusts to develop and look after the candidate.
He's now expanding backend network to Sydney, delving deep into the Python, Golang and Rust market which he is buzzing about! He knows it is a huge area of innovation and has a strong passion in this space.
