Having been on Australian soil for 4 years now, Amie has well and truly adapted to the Aussie way of life, spending every free minute at the beach and can no longer tolerate cold weather. Originally from Scotland with a weird accent, she attracts plenty of laughs in the office with her pronunciation of words.
Coming from a HR background, Amie is a natural when it comes to customer service. She believes transparency is key when building relationships and highly promotes an all-honesty policy. Amie enjoys getting to know her candidates on a personal level and achieves this by carefully listening and taking a genuine interest to understand their individual needs.
Being a people person with a want to help others, Amie will go above and beyond to find the perfect candidate for each role. The job market can be fierce, so it’s important to stay one step ahead of the game and leave no stone unturned when it comes to understanding your area of expertise. Amie utilises various platforms to gain extensive market knowledge which benefits the people she is working with.

When she’s not at work, Amie loves being a beach bum reading a good book, taking a coastal walk or at brunch with friends. She also loves to spam her Instagram with sunrise pics.
