Natalie relocated to Sydney, Australia in 2023 from the UK, to join Change as the Head of People and Operations. She provides contract and operational support to the business alongside our co-founders. Natalie is a people person through and through, and here to make a real impact to how we do things. Natalie’s primary focus is to work together with the rest of our team to ensure our processes run smoothly and in turn, give our Clients and Candidates, both present and future, an unforgettable experience. In her free time, Natalie loves to spend her time at the beach. She loves a sunrise dip and watching the sunset of an evening. When she's not at the beach, she loves to travel to new places and explore the beauty of the world.
