Engineering

Full Stack Junior/Mid

Full stack role at a small agritech engineering team, building the platform behind the world's first automated airborne crop disease detection system.

Role details

Full stack role at a small agritech engineering team, building the platform behind the world's first automated airborne crop disease detection system.

You'll work across the whole stack, some days tuning the C# .NET API or tightening CI/CD, other days building React and TypeScript interfaces for growers and agronomists making real-time spraying decisions. You'll take features from idea through to production, with a genuine say in how things get built.

The team is small and cross-functional, which means you'll work alongside Mechatronics, Data and ML engineers rather than sitting in a silo. The tech stack is modern and the team uses AI tooling daily to keep things moving without cutting corners on quality. You won't be waiting months to see your work land. It ships, it runs on farms, and you'll know whether it worked.

Because the team is small, you'll carry real weight. There's no large platform team to catch things you miss, and much of what gets built here hasn't been built before. That's the trade-off. What you get in return is genuine ownership, an ESOP, and work that's already in the hands of global customers. The product supports more sustainable and efficient agriculture, which isn't something most engineering roles can say.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build end to end across the data model, REST API in C# .NET, and React and TypeScript frontends
  • Own features from business requirement through to shipping, monitoring and troubleshooting in production
  • Help shape cloud infrastructure and CI/CD as the platform grows
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with a cross-functional engineering team

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years building and supporting production services in C# .NET, with solid instincts around data modelling and system design
  • Comfortable in React and TypeScript, building interfaces real users rely on
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • AWS, infrastructure as code, Azure DevOps, or Entity Framework Core are a bonus

About the Company

They built the world's first automated system for detecting airborne crop disease. Their hardware samples air on farms daily and their platform turns that data into early disease pressure signals for growers and agronomists around the world. Small team, real product, global customers.
