Meet the team
Lewis is a Microsoft Specialist at Change Recruitment. His .NET roles can vary depending on specific needs for each client whether it be a contract role, usually, a candidate who is needed for their skill set and ready to hit the ground running, or perm candidates who have a lengthy arsenal of similar skill sets and attributes to match current company culture, skills, knowledge, personality, and traits to match company profile. To make it easier to find the perfect candidate for a role he breaks his talent pools down by seniority, technology, rate and location and by doing this our CRM enables him to find the best possible candidate without painfully having to manually search through the system.
With his desk being primarily focussed on .NET roles sometimes depending on the role it can be backend .NET or full stack .NET, meaning .NET would be the backend technology used along with other front-end technologies like React, Vue, Angular and cloud technologies AWS or Azure for the cloud services.
During his time at Change Recruitment, the key to his success so far has been around how he relates with both clients and candidates on a personal level to understand their exact needs which enables him to place candidates in their ideal roles and find clients their perfect candidates.
When Lewis isn’t working, he enjoys checking out Sydney’s latest hospitality scene, music festivals and weekends away. Lewis is an outdoors person who loves camping, fishing and exploring!
