Adam is a Director at Change Recruitment. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Honours, Information Technology) from Northumbria University in the UK. He started his career with a leading London boutique recruitment firm in 2000. In his time there, he built a successful Technology, Risk and Project Service desk, placing high calibre local and antipodean candidates.

 

He has been recruiting in the Sydney market since 2005 and brings 20 years + of recruitment experience. He has worked closely with fast-growing small businesses, Tier 1 Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth and Superannuation organisations, securing the best talent for both contracting and permanent mandates.

 

Adam has built an extensive network of top candidates, enabling him to consistently find outstanding individuals that are not active in the market, to meet his client’s needs.

 

With a focus on offering value, Adam works to provide quality contracting solutions and is passionate about enduring business relationships and being on top of current market developments, whether it be new technology, industry players or trends.

 

Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with his family and has a passion for sport. He is a keen golfer and hockey player, having represented England at U21 level.
